We all know that changing the way in which we care for ourselves definitely starts from the inside out. Gone are the days of thinking we can just add products to our routine and all will be well. And lets not even mention the thought of thinking that going to the gym inconsistently would rid us of our unwanted weight. It all starts with our mindset and with that, we must begin on the inside.
What we put within our bodies is just as important as we put outside of it. Yea, I know, we've heard this before blah, blah, blah. But unfortunately, we (I'm also talking to myself) haven't been as consistent as we like. Without making any New Years resolutions, I've decided to be more intentional with what I put inside of my body. From consuming more water to eating healthier, without adding any products to my face or body, I have seen a drastic change.
Just recently I was apart of a water challenge where I had to drink a gallon of water for 7 days. Yes, the first 3 days were hard. The last 4 days were easier. In trying something new, that our bodies are not use too, will definitely be a challenge. However, upon completion, it will be very rewarding. But I must warn you, If you decide to do a challenge yourself, make sure to stay close to the restroom.
And with that said, let's try to be intentional with what we eat and drink for the days ahead. Let's get summer fine and live our best life in treating our bodies with lots of LOVE .
